Not a bad score at all as if you round it off, it’s actually a perfect TEN already. From the looks of that rating, we can say the Audiobook is Good TO READ!

This was my third Reichl book, and I so thoroughly enjoyed her other two. I first read "Garlic and Sapphires" and quickly ordered "Delicious", and loved it even more than the first. But there was a VAST difference in this book. Evidently the author feels that we are impressed by French language and references to French dishes and French wines, and feels that she can jump from one set of characters to another without "developing" them. I actually felt like I didn't LIKE the Ruth character in this book, which means I didn't LIKE the author. She seems like a spoiled rich person who feels that we should all be impressed by how food tastes in her mouth, and not how the characters HEARTS might be affected by any actions or reactions. I found myself irritated with her over and over again in this book and will order no more of her drivel. She's exactly the kind of person that I do not care for in real life, unfortunately. I just wish I had read this book first so I wouldn't have read the other two (good) books. I wonder why she even wrote this wandering book, actually....She certainly wasn't thinking of her readers-only of herself and her own amusement, naturally.
